PGP collects artist/contact details, the campaign you select and any optional creative information you submit to review and follow up on your enquiry. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking or payment.

What stays private

Contact details, concepts, availability and access requirements are stored server-side and available through the protected owner desk. They are not published in the portfolio. Initial enquiries do not require music-file uploads or card details.

Optional marketing

The marketing checkbox is separate and optional. A shoot enquiry does not subscribe you automatically. No automated marketing is activated by this page.

Recovery and measurement

The page can retain an expiring request identifier for retry recovery in this browser session. It does not store your personal form draft in browser storage. After refresh, you must re-enter your details; recovery does not provide private record lookup. Anonymous action/attempt identifiers and constrained referral tags help PGP understand the enquiry flow. Search terms, contact details and concepts are not sent as analytics events.

Connections and retention

Native enquiry storage works without visitor-connected apps. Notion synchronization and automatic email delivery are not configured for this Site. Records are retained for owner follow-up and history; no automatic deletion schedule is active. No deletion deadline or delivery promise is implied.
